Houston Intergroup-After Harvey

AA Intergroup in Houston reports that their offices were spared significant damage from the storm.  They are coordinating efforts to assist those groups that were affected.  These efforts include the acceptance of AA literature (Big Books and 12&12’s), or donations to replace these.  Remember that they can only accept donations from other AA members – we are self-supporting through our own contributions, even when the “we” crosses state lines.

More infomation can be found here, on the Houston Intergroup page.

Anything over Rice

Unleash your creativity!  Central Office’s fall cook-off is “Anything Over Rice” — Groups are invited to register, and provide a dish with rice, and something to go with it – meat, seafood, veggies – to make that scrumptious concoction that so many of you are so good at.

To be held on Saturday, October 7th, at St. Barnabas Church,
beginning at 6 pm, eating at 7, speaker at 8 pm.
A 50/50 raffle will be held.

Two flyers are available: one in full color, and one for b&w printing.
